Summary: Seeking an experienced AWS Cloud / DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing team within a large insurance organization. The role focuses on supporting and evolving a large-scale AWS cloud environment with an emphasis on Kubernetes, platform automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering practices. This position is fully remote and requires candidates to be based in the UK. The contract is for 6 months with potential extensions and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and evolve a large-scale AWS cloud environment.
  • Emphasize Kubernetes, platform automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering practices.
  • Design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Utilize strong scripting and automation skills.

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in AWS.
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), Docker, Helm Charts, and Karpenter.
  • Experience designing, building, and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Octopus Deploy, Bitbucket, or similar.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
  • Experience in a DevOps / Cloud Engineering role.

£400 to 445 per day Outside IR35 6 months with potential extensions Fully UK remote – must be based in the UK Seeking an experienced AWS Cloud / DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing AWS Cloud Platform and DevOps Engineering team within a large insurance organisation. This role will focus on supporting and evolving a large-scale AWS cloud environment with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes, platform automation, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience in AWS
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), Docker, Helm Charts, and Karpenter
  • Experience designing, building, and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Octopus Deploy, Bitbucket, or similar
