Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot AWS operational issues and coordinate with vendor support teams.
- Work directly with client stakeholders, technical teams, and leaders.
- Support AWS architecture planning for future business and technology requirements.
- Maintain good documentation, change discipline, and security awareness.
