Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end transition of telephony and contact center systems to AVAYA platforms or hybrid environments.
  • Manage migration and transformation programs, including greenfield deployments, tech refreshes, or legacy decommissions.
  • Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, engineers, AVAYA solution architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Drive creation and execution of detailed transition plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Own program governance, reporting, and communication for AVAYA-centric initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, documentation practices, and client security protocols.
  • Oversee cross-functional team coordination and ensure project delivery aligns with business goals.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of technical program/project management experience, with strong exposure to AVAYA technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading telephony or contact center transitions, including system migrations, vendor transitions, or platform re-engineering.
  • Strong hands-on or architectural knowledge of AVAYA Aura (Communication Manager, System/Session Manager), AVAYA Elite, Experience Portal, AES, CMS, IVR systems, SIP infrastructure, VoIP, WFO/WFM tools.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-scale transitions, integration planning, and cutover strategies.
  • AVAYA certifications (ACIS, ACSS) are a strong plus.
