Summary: The role of Avature Consultant / Administrator involves leveraging extensive expertise in Avature Talent Acquisition modules to enhance recruiting workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, administer, and support Avature TA workflows and modules.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Avature solutions.
- Troubleshoot user issues, update system configurations, and manage ongoing platform enhancements.
- Generate, analyze, and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards using Avature reporting modules and Excel.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to identify system improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Support data integrations between Avature, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure effective system utilization.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition systems / HR technology
- Strong hands-on experience with Avature ATS
- Avature Certification Level 3 or Level 4 (Certified in 2024 or later) Mandatory
- Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition workflows and HR processes
- Experience with HRIS tools and data integrations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting/analytics
