Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Tester will design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using C# and Python
- Build and execute automated test scripts for UI and system-level testing
- Leverage MSTest and/or NUnit frameworks to ensure scalable, repeatable testing
- Utilize the Microsoft UI Automation / Accessibility Framework to validate UI behavior and compliance
- Partner closely with developers, QA leads, and product stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs
- Identify defects early in the SDLC and clearly document test results, risks, and recommendations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards, tools, and best practices
- Support regression testing and ensure quality across releases
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Test Automation Engineer in enterprise environments
- Proven experience using MSTest and/or NUnit testing frameworks
- Experience testing complex, business-critical applications
- Hands-on expertise with C# and Python for test automation development
- Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft UI Automation/UI Accessibility Framework

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
