Summary: The Automation Test Lead role involves designing and implementing automation test strategies and frameworks that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective automation test strategies and frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Create or adapt automation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and architects.
- Ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to the evolution of automation testing practices.
Key Skills:
- Expert in Tricentis Tosca automation tooling.
- Experience in at least one OOP language (Java, C#).
- Experience with Playwright.
- Hands-on experience with functional and automation testing across web and API platforms and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/Hana).
- Familiarity with test management tools (Jira).
- ISTQB Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain it with company support).
- Experience in continuous testing and test optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align testing efforts with business objectives.
