Summary: The Automation Test Engineer with PCBA Experience will be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing solutions for PCBA functional circuit tests. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in automated testing within PCBA environments. The position may involve domestic and international travel and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role is primarily remote but is based in Batesville, IN, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of automated PCBA functional circuit tests and fixtures.
- Programming and optimizing test systems using NI Test Stand, LabVIEW, and C variants.
- Experience with National Instruments hardware and instrumentation.
- Software requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and code reviews.
- Troubleshooting and debugging test systems for production environments.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and quality.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PCBA Functional Circuit Test development.
