Automation IVR QA Testers - Remote. Need QA Testers Strong with IVR Testing and Cyara

Summary: The role of Automation IVR QA Tester involves conducting quality assurance testing specifically for IVR systems using Cyara, including writing automation scripts. The position requires strong testing skills and experience with various test management tools, as well as effective communication with stakeholders. The role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35. Candidates should have a solid understanding of IVR requirements and data mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IVR testing and Cyara IVR call flow testing.
• Write automation scripts for testing purposes.
• Utilize test management tools such as qTest, Cyara, Postman/Soap UI, and Tosca.
• Perform AWS Connect Lambda testing and Lambda test automation.
• Identify IVR conditions for requesting test data and validate test data using Postman/Soap UI.
• Prepare and smoke test data, and validate transformation and data loading functionality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document test processes.
• Identify test cases from requirements and contribute to test strategy and planning.
• Experience with payments flow in IVR and AWS console testing.

Key Skills:

• Strong testing skills with IVR systems.
• Experience with Cyara and automation scripting.
• Proficiency in test management tools (qTest, Cyara, Postman/Soap UI, Tosca).
• Experience with AWS Connect and Lambda testing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Preferred experience in an Agile framework.
