Automation IVR QA Testers

Summary: The role of Automation IVR QA Tester involves conducting quality assurance testing specifically for IVR systems using Cyara, along with writing automation scripts. Candidates are expected to have strong testing skills and experience with various test management tools, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IVR testing and Cyara IVR call flow testing.
• Write automation scripts for testing.
• Utilize test management tools such as qTest, Cyara, Postman/Soap UI, and Tosca.
• Perform AWS Connect Lambda testing and Lambda test automation.
• Understand IVR requirements and data mapping.
• Identify IVR conditions for requesting test data.
• Prepare and smoke test data for validation.
• Validate test data using Postman/Soap UI.
• Identify test cases from requirements.
• Develop test strategy and planning.
• Validate transformation and data loading functionality.
• Test payments flow in IVR.
• Use AWS console for front and backend testing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Document test processes and results.
• Work with JIRA for project management.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with IVR testing and Cyara.
• Proficiency in writing automation scripts.
• Experience with test management tools (qTest, Cyara, Postman/Soap UI, Tosca).
