We're working with a Tier 1 global bank on a major automation project. This role sits within an engineering function that's driving the automation of their private cloud estate, replacing manual VM provisioning with scalable, testable infrastructure-as-code.
You’ll be focused on building out end-to-end automation of ESXi and vCenter using Ansible and Python, with tight integration into CI/CD pipelines running via Jenkins. The aim is to streamline provisioning, standardise environments, and increase release velocity across business-critical applications.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong Ansible experience – building and managing complex playbooks
- Advanced Python skills
- CI/CD with Jenkins – experience building pipelines and integrating automation tooling
- Experience automating VMware (ESXi, vCenter)
