Summary: The Lithuanian Audio Generalist Evaluator is responsible for transcribing and analyzing audio and video content in Lithuanian, producing structured written outputs, and providing feedback to enhance AI performance. The role requires native or near-native fluency in Lithuanian and professional fluency in English, along with strong writing and analytical skills. The evaluator will also develop evaluation standards and collaborate with project leads to refine guidelines. This position is offered as an hourly contract with a commitment of 10–20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe and analyze audio and video content in Lithuanian while following detailed project guidelines
- Produce structured written outputs in Lithuanian with supporting documentation in English when required
- Capture linguistic nuances including tone, intent, register differences, and regional variations in spoken Lithuanian
- Develop evaluation standards, grading rubrics, and documentation for model assessments
- Run prompts through language models and evaluate outputs for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in Lithuanian audio tasks
- Participate in quality assurance and review cycles to ensure dataset consistency
- Collaborate with project leads to refine evaluation guidelines and resolve task ambiguities
