Atlassian Lead / Senior Jira Administrator - Remote - Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Lead to oversee and enhance our organization's use of Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Jira administration, Agile transformation, and stakeholder management. This role involves managing workflows, overseeing integration with other systems, training users, and developing best practices for tool usage across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Jira and Confluence administration, configuration, and customization.
• Develop and implement workflows, dashboards, and user roles to align with business needs.
• Conduct user training for teams, including business users, Scrum Masters, and product owners.
• Oversee end-to-end Atlassian migration, integration, and lifecycle management projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum processes.
• Manage and evaluate plugins and integrations, including Slack and Active Directory.
• Conduct impact assessments for new requirements and provide technical support post-implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) administration.
• Proven experience in Agile transformation and RAID management.
• Strong skills in Jira Query Language (JQL), data import/export, and integration management.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud and on-premise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian

Rob role:

• Fully remote as long as you're based in Europe/ UK
• 6-month contract
