Summary: The Associate Product Manager for Cyber Insurance will support the development and enhancement of cyber insurance products, emphasizing Agile methodologies and data-driven improvements. This role involves collaboration with US-based teams and global stakeholders to optimize workflows and automate processes. The position requires a strong background in product management within the insurance or financial services sector, particularly in cyber insurance. The successful candidate will leverage tools like Power Apps and Power BI to drive product performance and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and product enhancements
- Manage and prioritize product backlog; support Agile ceremonies (Scrum/SAFe)
- Build and optimize workflow solutions (onboarding, provisioning, access management)
- Develop Power Apps / Power Automate solutions to improve processes
- Create Power BI dashboards for KPIs, onboarding, and product performance
- Support product roadmap (MVP, enhancements, analytics) and feature rollouts
- Collaborate with US-based product, engineering, and broker stakeholders
- Drive process automation, data integration, and continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Experience in Product / BA / Agile roles within insurance or financial services (cyber preferred)
- Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog management experience
- Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- Strong workflow/process automation and data understanding
- Experience working with global teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Exposure to cyber insurance / broking platforms (e.g., CyQu)
- Knowledge of Aon or similar ecosystems
- Experience with Databricks / Azure or low-code tools
