Summary: The Associate Director of Technology will support a national not-for-profit in defining and delivering its IT strategy and target operating model. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the IT strategy and target operating model for a national not-for-profit
  • Align local technology plans with wider organisational strategy
  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable operational priorities
  • Conduct deep-dive reviews across IT, Cyber, Infrastructure, Delivery and Architecture
  • Diagnose strengths, issues, blockers and improvement opportunities
  • Recommend and implement changes to optimise performance and delivery
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to Heads of Department
  • Manage performance, conduct and team effectiveness
  • Report directly to the Associate Director of IT and track progress against goals

  • Strong understanding of Cyber, Infrastructure, Delivery and Architecture functions
  • Ability to convert strategic goals into operational plans
