This is an opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain exposure to every aspect of commercial and development management rather than being confined to a traditional QS role.

The Role We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Assistant to support a growing pipeline of residential development and consultancy projects. This is a flexible role that can be undertaken remotely, with occasional meetings where required. You'll support the commercial delivery of live projects while developing your own skills across development, procurement and project delivery.
