Summary: The Assistant Database Admin/Worksite Specialist role involves supporting routine maintenance and upgrades of Worksite and Teleforms, as well as delivering technology training to users. Key Responsibilities:
- Working with and supporting Worksite routine maintenance and upgrades
- Working with and supporting Teleforms
- Developing and delivering Worksite/Teleform/APA technology training across a diverse group of users both one-on-one and in classroom settings
- Designing, installing, creating, and maintaining databases
- Monitoring databases and application backups to ensure recoverability
- Providing Worksite/Database technical assistance and subject matter expertise
- Working alongside the Network operations team to troubleshoot Worksite issues
- Collaborating with the Database Administrator to optimize databases for efficiency and performance
- Migrating legacy SQL applications
- Working with web-based software architecture
