Summary: The Associate Facilitators/Assessors role involves assessing the performance and competence of applicants during their online assessment days for clients. This position is entirely home-based and requires a commitment to delivering an exceptional virtual experience. The contract is set to last until the end of June 2026, with a daily rate of up to £155. Key Responsibilities:
- Support colleagues and associate assessors while assisting applicants through the online assessment process
- Conduct online assessments, including interviews, role plays, and various tests
- Make decisions based on grading criteria to maintain overall standards
- Ensure a strong and positive assessment experience
- Adhere to briefing/debriefing scripts
- Run assessments to a tight timescale and accurately record scoring
Key Skills:
- Experience in a recruitment role, particularly in interviewing and sifting candidates
- Ability to assess others objectively, fairly, and consistently
- Strong communication skills to develop working relationships
- Able to coach and mentor new team members

Your role will be to assess the performance and competence of applicants during their online assessment day on behalf of our clients.
You will be passionate about excellence, and will work with the team delivering a phenomenal virtual experience to every single individual who walks through the door - metaphorically speaking of course!
This post is entirely home-based.
What you'll be doing:
- You will strive to support colleagues and associate assessors, working collaboratively as a team member whilst supporting applicants through the technical aspects of the online assessment process
- Carrying out assessments online, including interviews, role plays and various tests to evaluate candidates
- Making decisions based on grading criteria and procedures to ensure overall standards are maintained
- Ensure a strong and positive assessment experience
- Ensuring briefing/debriefing scripts are closely adhered to
- Ensuring assessments are run to a tight timescale, and that all scoring is accurately recorded and input in a timely manner
What you'll bring:
- Experience within a recruitment role, ideally within interviewing and sifting candidates
- Ability to use your initiative and exercise good judgement to assess others objectively, fairly and consistently
- Articulate and able to develop sound working relationships with colleagues and candidates
- Able to coach and mentor new members of a team
