Aspen Manufacturing Suite Consultant

Summary: The Aspen Manufacturing Suite Consultant role is a remote position focused on optimizing and enhancing manufacturing operations for a client using AspenTech solutions. The consultant will collaborate with various teams to implement solutions, provide technical expertise, and support training efforts. This position offers flexibility while contributing to a significant industrial digitalization project. The contract duration is between 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with process, quality, and IT teams to implement and optimize AspenTech solutions (IP.21, PRM, MES, etc.)
• Provide technical expertise on integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Aspen Manufacturing Suite modules
• Analyze production data, propose improvements, and develop dashboards or reports when needed
• Support training and knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Ensure alignment with compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with AspenTech tools (IP.21, PRM, Process Explorer, etc.)
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (ideally in pharma, chemical, or energy sectors)
• Experience in system integration and working with automation/OT environments
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
