Summary: The ASD Assessor role involves conducting remote assessments using ADOS or ADI-R methodologies for clients with ADHD. The position requires qualified professionals with relevant experience and offers a competitive hourly rate. Assessors will be responsible for obtaining observations, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to patients. This freelance opportunity is outside IR35 and allows for flexible working hours throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain initial observations
- Carry out ADOS/ADI-R assessments
- Participate in MDT meetings
- Write the assessment report
- Deliver feedback to the patient
Key Skills:
- ADOS or ADI-R qualification
- 1+ year ADOS/ADI-R assessing experience
- Remote ADOS/ADI-R assessing experience (desirable)
- Private clinic ADOS/ADI-R assessing experience (desirable)
- Professional qualification (& registration) in Psychology, Nursing, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, Occupational Therapy, or Speech & Language Therapy

ADOS (2.5hrs) £187.50
ADI-R (5hrs) £385
Engagement Ltd Co/self-employed (outside IR35)
Clinical Hours Monday-Sunday, 8am-9pm
Caseload Minimum 5 assessments per week

What You Need (Private, remote, ADHD settings - desirable)
ADOS or ADI-R qualification
1+ year ADOS/ADI-R assessing experience
Remote ADOS/ADI-R assessing experience (desirable)
Private clinic ADOS/ADI-R assessing experience (desirable)
Professional qualification (& registration) in one of:
- Psychology (HCPC – Clinical, Counselling, Forensic)
- Nursing (NMC – RMN, RNLD)
- Psychiatry (GMC)
- Paediatrics (GMC)
- Occupational Therapy (HCPC)
- Speech & Language Therapy (HCPC)
What Will You Do
