Summary: The role of Architectural Technologist involves working on a contract basis with a leading architecture and design consultancy, focusing on technical design and delivery for commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit

- Working collaboratively with architects, contractors, and engineers

I am currently working with a leading architecture and design consultancy that is seeking a Contract Architectural Technologist with strong technical knowledge and proven experience across commercial projects. The client is undergoing an exciting period of project expansion and is entering the technical design and delivery phase of a major development.
Essential Skills:
- Producing detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience across RIBA stages 3–5
- Working collaboratively with architects, contractors, and engineers
