About You
You are an independent professional who:
- Is a UK-based sole practitioner (Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Technician)
- Has at least 2 years’ experience within an architectural practice
- Is currently freelancing or self-employed
- Is confident producing drawing packages using AutoCAD
- Has solid experience preparing UK residential Building Regulations packages
What You’ll Be Doing
Working on a range of residential and small commercial projects
Producing clear, structured drawing packages (primarily at Building Regulations stage)
Delivering work based on well-defined briefs, standard details, and internal guidance
