Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Farmington, CT that is seeking an Architect. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading and driving technical activities, while also taking ownership of development tasks and delivering solutions independently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Windchill solution design, customization, and configuration efforts
* Drive end-to-end development activities and ensure timely delivery
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill development and delivery
* Strong expertise in Windchill customization, configuration, and solution design
* Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Must be able to develop and demo

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
