Job Summary
We are seeking an Architect to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning Agentic AI, cloud migration, application modernization, and SaaS enablement.
This role will define and drive end-to-end enterprise architecture, enabling organizations to transition from legacy systems to AI-driven, cloud-native, scalable platforms. The architect will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, while also providing hands-on guidance across engineering, platform architecture, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
Strong experience in multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Deep expertise in: Cloud migration and application modernization frameworks, Microservices, APIs, and distributed systems architecture, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI platform architecture (RAG, orchestration)
Programming & Engineering
Hands-on experience with: Python, Java, Go, Node.js, MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
Strong experience with: Event-driven systems (Kafka or equivalent), Databases (SQL & NoSQL), API design and integration
Architecture & Platform Skills
Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent), SaaS architecture (multi-tenancy, scalability, resilience), DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code, Experience with integration platforms and API gateways
Experience
6 – 12+ years of experience in architecture roles
Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs
Strong experience in client-facing consulting and advisory roles
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with GenAI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs)
Experience in industry domains such as Energy, Utilities, Finance, Retail, or Healthcare
Exposure to AI-driven SDLC tools and automation platforms
Familiarity with Agentic AI & Intelligent Platform Architecture
Relevant certifications: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform Architect, TOGAF / Cloud certifications
Familiarity with data engineering, analytics, and MLOps /AIOps frameworks
