Summary: The role of Apptio Config Lead involves leveraging expertise in Technology Business Management (TBM) and Apptio One tools to enhance IT financial transparency and optimize costs. The candidate will be responsible for configuring Apptio tools, analyzing IT cost data, and collaborating with various teams to implement cost optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Apptio One tools including IT Planning, Targetprocess, and Cloudability
- Implement TBM taxonomy aligned with TBM Council standards
- Analyze IT cost data from cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Perform data transformation, modeling, and validation using SQL/ETL processes
- Integrate with ITSM/CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Cloud teams for cost optimization strategies
- Support Agile delivery (user stories, sprint planning, backlog management)
