Appointment Setter – Remote Flexible Hours (Must be UK based)

We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team at Top Homecare, a fast-growing consultancy helping care agencies across the UK grow and attract more clients. This is a commission-only remote role – ideal for someone confident in outreach, organised, and hungry to earn. Your job is simple but powerful: find care agencies, reach out to them, and get them booked into a free 20-minute consultation via our Calendly link. That’s it. No need to sit on calls or close deals – just set appointments and get paid per booked call that converts into a sale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and contacting UK-based care agencies (via phone, email, or LinkedIn)
• Booking them into a free consultation using our Calendly link
• Using proven templates and messaging (provided)
• Updating basic tracking sheets or CRM tools

What You’ll Earn:

• £200 to £1250 per booked call that converts into a sale
• Fast commissions – paid monthly with a short sales cycle
• Uncapped commissions
• Clear pathway to earn £100k+ annually for top performers

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident communicator (especially on calls)
• Organised and consistent with outreach
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (preferred but not essential)
• Interest in care or healthcare is a bonus
