Pay Rate: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour (W2 Only)

This role is 100% REMOTE / HOURS: MON-FRI / 40 hours per week (MST)

Seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for the Inventory Automation platform (Carma) and related applications. This role ensures system reliability and user satisfaction across departments.

Collaborate with IT, SE&D, Ops, vendor and other business teams to support the Carma application with issues related to data migration, enhancements/releases and site activations

Daily Tasks

• Maintain documentation for system configurations and support procedures.
• Monitoring system performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in user training and onboarding.
• Managing tickets related to system integration issues, life cycle to development related.
• Assist with data migration from legacy to go forward systems.
• Providing support beyond a traditional Helpdesk level (strong critical thinking and problem-solving)

Key Focus Areas

• Managing ServiceNow tickets tied to system integration and life-cycle/development issues
• Supporting data migration and platform consolidation efforts
• Collaborating across IT, SE&D, Operations, and vendor teams
• Monitoring system performance and contributing to ongoing improvements

Required Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of enterprise applications, and IT support processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience using ServiceNow ticketing systems.

• Data Center experience
• Experience providing IT support beyond Help Desk functions, with exposure to enterprise systems
