Summary: The Application Support Engineer/Administrator role involves providing backend administration and support for applications and services within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sustainment of Applications/Services in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Assist in defining requirements, designing, and building data center technology components.
- Troubleshoot connections to Applications and integrations.
- Configure Load Balancing for Applications.
- Manage application configuration with SAML/SSO Authentication.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support for integration issues.
- Create management plans, validate sizing, and forecast sizing.
- Maintain licenses and key T3/T5 equivalents in vault.
- Prepare STIGs and CDRL Documentation.
Key Skills:
- Administration and configuration of ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, VMWare/Horizon.
- Experience with installing Application client tools on VDI Images/Pools.
- CDRL documentation experience.
- VMware VDI knowledge.
- Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Oracle Linux/RHEL experience.
- Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane expertise.
