- Strong application security knowledge, including OWASP Top 10
- Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, and secrets detection tools
- Hands-on experience with GitLab security controls, approval workflows, and policy enforcement
- Experience integrating security platforms with enterprise systems
- Strong API, scripting, and automation experience
- Familiarity with AI-enabled security workflows
- Understanding of software supply chain security, dependency management, and modern DevSecOps practices
- Ability to work well with developers and security stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitLab Ultimate or GitLab security dashboards
- Python, Bash, or similar scripting experience
- Jira and ServiceNow workflow integration experience
- Experience improving vulnerability management processes at scale
