Summary: The Application Programmer role is focused on developing and maintaining applications within regulated public-sector environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, compile, test, debug, modify, and document new or existing applications programs within accepted standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Identify, research, and resolve program, machine, data, or system software problems, frequently on an individual basis in consultation with other employees and/or users.
  • Review the work of programmers for assigned systems responsibility to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Analyze changes, enhancements, and/or systems designs to ensure data integrity and availability.

Key Skills:

  • Two (2) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SQL Server and data integrity solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems, intake portals, and automated reporting.
  • Proficiency in .NET full-stack and ASP.NET frameworks.
  • Knowledge of enterprise coding best practices.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and modern frameworks (Vue, Angular, React) is desirable.
  • Prior experience developing state applications or working within regulated public-sector environments.

Note : Prior experience developing state applications or working within regulated public-sector environments.

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Design, code, compile, test, debug, modify, and document new or existing applications programs within accepted standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Identify, research, and resolve program, machine, data, or system software problems, frequently on an individual basis in consultation with other employees and/or users.

Review the work of programmers for assigned systems responsibility to ensure data integrity and availability.

Analyze changes, enhancements, and/or systems designs to ensure data integrity and availability.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Two (2) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:

o SQL Server and data integrity solutions.

o CRM systems, intake portals, and automated reporting.
