Summary: The Application Programmer role is focused on developing and maintaining applications within regulated public-sector environments. The position requires expertise in various programming languages and frameworks, particularly .NET and SQL Server, while also emphasizing the importance of data integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, compile, test, debug, modify, and document new or existing applications programs within accepted standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Identify, research, and resolve program, machine, data, or system software problems, frequently on an individual basis in consultation with other employees and/or users.
- Review the work of programmers for assigned systems responsibility to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Analyze changes, enhancements, and/or systems designs to ensure data integrity and availability.
Key Skills:
- Two (2) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SQL Server and data integrity solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems, intake portals, and automated reporting.
- Proficiency in .NET full-stack and ASP.NET frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise coding best practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and modern frameworks (Vue, Angular, React) is desirable.
- Prior experience developing state applications or working within regulated public-sector environments.

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
