Application Integration Architect

Summary: The Application Integration Architect role focuses on leveraging knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM applications to facilitate effective application integration. The position requires strong communication skills to lead discussions and translate technical details for executive understanding. Familiarity with system integrations, data governance, and ITIL concepts is essential for success in this role. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, familiarity with ITSM applications at a minimum
• Familiarity with common IT tools and use cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and executive presence. Ability to lead a cross functional discussion and persuade others without direct authority
• Ability to translate complex technical details into simple executive/business language
• Knowledge of integrations between systems, APIs, ETL processes, etc.
• Familiarity with basic data governance and security concepts - data retention, sensitivity, least privilege
• Familiarity with systems architecture and system diagrams
• Familiarity with core operations/ITIL concepts - Change Management, Incident Management, and production vs. non-production best practices
