Job Title: Application Engineer – Salesforce Admin

Location-Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Administration to manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform. The role involves supporting business processes, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions)
  • Configure standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
  • Build and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
  • Automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, and other tools
  • Support data management activities (data imports, exports, data quality)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance
  • Assist in integrations with third-party applications
  • Maintain documentation and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, reports)
  • Familiarity with data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard)
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce security model
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
  • Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or basic development concepts
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
