Summary: The role of Application Operations Engineer requires a highly skilled individual with over 5 years of experience in supporting corporate applications within enterprise environments. The position focuses on ensuring the stability and optimization of critical business applications while leading initiatives for system integration and decommissioning. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for corporate applications in an enterprise environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage application integrations with various databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Administer and troubleshoot systems leveraging Azure cloud services.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot services including SMTP, SSO, Active Directory (AD), DNS, and APIs.
- Maintain and support applications running on RHEL (Linux) and Microsoft Windows platforms.
- Oversee and document the introduction of Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) into the business, ensuring technical and operational readiness despite evolving strategy.
- Liaise with the CyberArk implementation team, document processes, and share knowledge to support operational handover.
- Drive the retirement of End-of-Life (EoL) applications such as Teamcenter 9 and PTC Windchill, ensuring successful migration to TCU.
- Produce clear, detailed technical documentation for new and existing systems.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer across technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Maintain operational runbooks, system diagrams, and integration records.
Key Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
