Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and develop RPA solutions using the UiPath suite of products.
  • Assist with requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the HEDIS IT Ops team and other stakeholders to implement RPA solutions.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes.
  • Work autonomously while prioritizing and completing tasks on schedule.
  • Contribute to the setup of the DnA RPA program in line with best practices and regulatory standards.

responsibilities:

Requirement is for a robotics process automation (RPA) developer to join the Corporate Data and Analytics (DnA) department's new RPA team.

The team currently consists of a project manager, a BSA, and a senior RPA developer. The RPA team works with the HEDIS IT Ops team as well as other key business and IT stakeholders to implement RPA solutions in line with the DnA department's strategic RPA roadmap.

Typical Day in the Role

Schedule is M-F, 8 am to 5 pm EST. OT as required to meet project deadlines.

RPA developer will analyze, design and develop RPA solutions using the UiPath suite of products, will assist with requirements gathering and documentation, and assist with QA.

Work is remote - a high degree of autonomy is expected. The ability to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule is a must.

The DnA RPA program is a relatively new effort. The DnA team has the autonomy to set up the program as we see fit, within best practices and regulatory standards, to meet DnA department strategic initiatives.

This is an opportunity for an entry level RPA developer to gain significant UiPath development experience under the mentorship of an experienced senior developer.

Preferred: Masters Degree

Years of experience required: 2 years' experience as an RPA solutions developer, 1 year with UiPath suit of products

Additional qualities to look for: Healthcare industry experience
