Summary: The Application Developer (HRIS) role focuses on ensuring the integrity of employee job data by researching and correcting errors, running audits, and processing job updates within the HRIS (Workday). The position also involves responding to escalated cases from Employee Services related to employee data changes. This is a remote position based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researches and corrects employee job data to ensure data integrity and eliminate errors through downstream processing.
• Runs queries and performs audits to support risk, audit, and data privacy compliance.
• Processes job updates using knowledge and established business processes with HRIS (Workday).
• Responds and resolves escalated cases from Employee Services regarding employee data changes or errors.

• Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to run queries and perform audits.
• Excellent communication skills for resolving escalated cases.

Salary (Rate): £40.00 hourly
