Summary: The Senior Application Developer role focuses on leveraging expertise in AutoDesk Map3D and .NET (C#) to design, develop, and support technical solutions for the Electric Utility Transmission & Distribution team. The candidate will engage in impact analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. This position requires significant experience in application development and customization within the AutoDesk ecosystem. The role is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Impact Analysis for proposed changes in the AutoDesk Map3D application.
  • Prepare technical design documents and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Develop, customize, and implement AutoDesk Map3D and AutoCAD solutions using C# and ObjectARX.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients and other IT teams, to deliver project objectives.
  • Provide technical support during testing and production.
  • Participate in project discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using AutoCAD APIs and AutoDesk Map3D with C#/.NET.
