Application Data Modeler

Job: Application Data Modeler Location: Mountain View, CA - Remote, Time zone: core working hours: PST & EST Duration: 6 Months contract

Please note: we are not looking for a pure data modeler or a data warehouse focused profile. This role requires application-level transactional data modeling, OLTP, 3NF not reporting-centric modeling.

3-5 Must Haves

Interactive software applications
Online transactions (OLTP systems)
Database design
Data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
Relational databases
Normalization (3NF)
Data governance
* An understanding of Data Governance concerns including data privacy, security and retention
* Experience in Insurance, Insurtech or Fintech environments
