Summary: The role of Application Architect ServiceNow (HRSD) involves leading the implementation of a Back-to-Box HR Service Delivery project, focusing on standardizing functionalities and removing legacy customizations. The position requires collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities. The consultant will also provide guidance on data migration, testing, and change management. This is a remote position based in the UK for a duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD with a strong emphasis on standard (back-to-box) functionality.
- Analyse and identify existing customizations and work with stakeholders to remove or replace them with native features.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless transition to standard ServiceNow functionality.
- Configure HR case management, employee service center, lifecycle events, and knowledge management modules.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance policies.
- Provide guidance on data migration, testing, training, and change management.
- Support UAT, go-live and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD projects, ideally including back-to-box implementations.
- Strong understanding of HRSD modules and their out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Experience with customization assessment, removal, and migration to standard functionality.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD preferred.
