Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the target architecture for inpatient video visit capabilities across hospitals and care units.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps aligning virtual care technologies with enterprise digital health strategy.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and reference models for telehealth platforms.
- Design end-to-end architectures integrating video visit platforms with EHR, IAM, scheduling systems, patient engagement platforms, and clinical tools.
- Define interoperability patterns using HL7, FHIR APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Ensure seamless clinician workflows and patient experiences across bedside devices and care team endpoints.
- Evaluate vendor solutions for architectural fit, scalability, security, and interoperability.
