Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Appian-based healthcare workflow solutions
  • Lead architecture and development of end-to-end Appian BPM applications
  • Build SAIL interfaces for healthcare users (clinicians, administrators, operations teams)
  • Develop and manage Appian Process Models, Records, Reports, and Case Management
  • Integrate Appian with Healthcare systems such as EHR / EMR systems, Claims and billing platforms, Provider management systems
  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HL7, and FHIR (preferred)
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)
  • Optimize performance for high-volume healthcare transactions
  • Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
  • Perform code reviews, deployments, and Appian upgrades
  • Mentor junior Appian developers and lead technical teams
  • Support production issues and provide root cause analysis

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale Appian BPM solutions to support healthcare workflows such as patient management, claims processing, provider onboarding, prior authorization, and care coordination, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.


Key Responsibilities:
