Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on configuration, deployment, tuning, and sustainment of AppDynamics monitoring solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, automation, and event-management workflows using AppDynamics.
- Support integration testing and production rollout.
- Provide expert integration support involving OpenShift and AWS EKS.
- Troubleshoot monitoring and application-performance issues in production environments.
- Support platform upgrades, sustainment, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Support incident/problem-management activities as required.
Required: Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Years of Experience: Minimum four (4) years configuring and supporting the full capability suite of AppDynamics.

Preferred
IRS or Department of Treasury experience. Active MBI Cleared Candidates is an added advantage.
Experience: DataDog experience is desirable.
ITSI JD: Splunk/ITSI certifications preferred.
