Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy SAP ABAP agent, Java agent, and HANA DB monitoring.
- Configure SAP monitoring using AppDynamics.
- Create custom business transactions and dashboards using Analytics.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks through ABAP code-level visibility.
- Configure AppD BIQ functionality for SAP O2C cycle.
- Monitor ABAP dumps, IDOCs, and batch jobs.
- Build SQL queries and integrate with Service-now.
- Understand observability concepts, including traces, logs, and metrics.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with AppDynamics.
- Experience with SAP monitoring configuration.
- Strong knowledge of AppDynamics APM, EUM, DB, and APPS.
- Understanding of observability concepts.
