API Developer

Summary: The API Developer role involves customizing and configuring an API Management platform, focusing on development within an Azure tech stack. The position requires participation in Agile ceremonies and collaboration with testers to resolve defects. The developer will also be responsible for maintaining technical documentation and troubleshooting production issues. This is a fully remote position aimed at experienced developers with a strong background in API development and Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration & Customization (Customizing entities, forms, views, and workflows, managing business rules, process flows, and security roles)
• API developer for API Management platform and the associated APIs.
• Tech stack: Azure.
• Languages: Java, .Net, ASP.
• Writing Scripts
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Report on progress and status of development
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Work with testers to resolve defects found in testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve production defects

Key Skills:

• 5+ years work experience as a developer.
• Develop and maintain APIs in an Azure tech stack.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and release management processes.
• Experience working with government clients or in highly regulated environments.
• Understanding of DevSecOps processes.
• API Programming: Advanced.
• Cloud/Azure Architect: Mastery.
• Microsoft .Net & Azure: Advanced.
