APD Financial Analyst

Job Description

Monitor and report on APD expenditures, ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets, fund types, and applicable federal requirements.

Perform detailed fund analysis and budget reconciliation, including tracking actual expenditures against approved budgets.

Track spending by project phase, report budget status, and identify remaining balances.

Prepare, review, and process journal vouchers related to APD and Expansion activities.

Analyze pharmacy rebate collections and pharmacy spend, reconcile rebate receivables, and report on net pharmacy cost trends for the Expansion population.
