Summary: The Angular Developer role involves designing, developing, and testing web applications using Angular and Node.js in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test next-generation web applications using Angular, Node.js, and enterprise design systems
- Define and break down epics and features into actionable stories while maintaining a strong view of the overall platform architecture
- Own the full software development lifecycle, delivering performant, scalable code from concept to production
- Proactively raise architectural concerns and anticipate technical pitfalls
- Identify technical pitfalls early, raise concerns, and manage expectations across stakeholders
- Collaborate in agile, cross-functional squads with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless experiences
- Lead within our Web Engineering Practice by mentoring peers, technical leadership, conducting interviews, hosting tech talks and workshops, and sharing trends that drive innovation
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of enterprise experience using web technologies like Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, Cypress, Unit testing, Automation, HTML, CSS, Webpack, SASS, component libraries, Rest, Git, CI/CD practices and Testing (including complex unit tests, integration tests, etc)
- Proven experience upgrading enterprise applications to Angular 16+
- Deep knowledge of web architecture, SDLC, and browser performance
- Ability to pick up new technologies, and capable of doing high level Systems Design
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- A consulting mindset: proactive, strategic, and confident in front of clients
- A growth mindset: you mentor others and stay hungry to learn
- Ability to deliver at a high velocity
- Excellent communication
- Bonus: Java experience is a plus.
