Summary: The Angular Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using Angular, focusing on portal applications. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality features and user experiences. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Angular and its ecosystem, along with extensive web development experience. This position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Angular.
  • Write code that meets the production requirements and design specifications.
  • Manage detailed application requirements and collaborate with Product, Development and Design teams to ensure quality features, and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure code is regression free, documented and unit tested.
  • Implement responsive design and mobile-first approach.
  • Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • You will also provide feedback to and respond to peer reviews as well as participate in all applicable agile ceremonies as defined by Charter.
  • Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize the application.
  • Work with stakeholders and project managers to understand the requirements and deliver high-quality software.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience of web development experience utilizing Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GraphQL, NGRX/Flux, RxJS, Restful Microservice Architecture and Modern JavaScript Frameworks (Angular, Vue, React).
  • Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Git and version control.
  • Experience with GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and web standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
