Summary: The Android Developer role focuses on designing and building consumer mobile app features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful functionality while adhering to modern Android architecture patterns. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Deliver high-impact, customer-facing functionality in the consumer app
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams
• Champion modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of professional Android development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin
• Strong experience using Jetpack Compose
• Experience building consumer-facing Android apps used at scale (millions of users)
• Ability to design and build Android features end-to-end
• Solid understanding of modern Android architecture: MVVM, Clean Architecture
• Experience working on core app features such as Authentication, User profile management, Loyalty or rewards-related functionality
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, QA teams
• Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and explaining technical concepts clearly
• Able to articulate projects, features, and tools effectively
• Actively engages with the team on a daily basis
• Works well with people from diverse backgrounds
• Team-oriented and adaptable
• Diplomatic when sharing ideas and feedback
• Comfortable resolving internal conflicts
