Summary: The QA Manual Tester will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, performance, and reliability of Anaplan solutions within critical business functions. This role requires hands-on experience in testing Anaplan models and integrations, with a focus on detail-oriented validation of data and functionality. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to cover business scenarios in testing. This position is a remote, long-term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual test cases for Anaplan models, integrations, dashboards, and user workflows
- Validate data inputs, calculations, and outputs across Anaplan modules
- Identify, document, and track defects related to Anaplan functionality, performance, or data accuracy
- Collaborate with Anaplan model builders, business analysts, and end users to understand requirements and ensure testing covers business scenarios
- Perform regression, functional, and UAT testing on Anaplan features and enhancements
- Support data validation and reconciliation efforts between Anaplan and connected systems
- Ensure Anaplan user roles, security settings, and access controls are tested thoroughly
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing Anaplan Models.
- Hands-on experience testing Anaplan models or working closely with Anaplan implementations
- Familiarity with testing techniques for data-heavy applications or business planning tools
- Experience with QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect logs
- Working knowledge of issue-tracking tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
