Summary: We are seeking an experienced AML Remediation Officer to support regulatory remediation efforts related to financial crime. This role focuses on designing and implementing business procedures and controls within the First Line of Defense to meet regulatory requirements. The position is remote and based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of regulatory remediation efforts arising from Consent Orders and Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs).
• Design and implement business procedures and operational processes.
• Establish controls that address regulatory requirements and internal compliance.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective remediation strategies.
