Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for AML-related projects.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
- Serve as Product Owner to define product vision and prioritize backlog items for delivery teams.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain product backlogs in JIRA.
- Maintain documentation and process flows using Confluence.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design for AML compliance systems.
- Collaborate with QA and Dev teams for UAT planning and support testing efforts.
- Interact with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide regular updates and validate requirements.
- Ensure AML systems comply with regulatory and internal risk guidelines.
Key Skills:
