• Consultant experienced with workforce management in general
• Experience implementing Connect FCS for a customer
• Able to train the customer on using FCS and KT what gets built
• Able to go hands on building FCS or build alongside customer
• Consulting skills to help the business and operations team define their requirements and confirm implementation meets those requirements
